Our mission at CENTURY 21 Harvey Realty is to provide fair, honest and exceptional customer service and to be the best real-estate service in the Northeast for all our Clients and Customers. Be progressive in assisting in new developments in the real estate world in order make our jobs more efficient and easier for our clients and customers.

Our Goals:

(1) Through a continuing education program, in house and out of house we plan to fulfill all our clients/customers needs and requirements to sell, relocate, buy or build both residential and commercial facilities. This goal will be measurable by the identification of a staff combined with their qualifications that have been trained in specific aspects of our business and a positive customer satisfaction survey.

(2) Provide an avenue for property rentals including property management for single and multi-family developments in conjunction with management of commercial properties. This goal is measurable by the development of in house specialists in property management.

(3) Provide the many types of services required to develop the specific type of home or commercial property to include financial, land use development, architectural and engineering. Measurable by establishing a working relationship with several groups that have the qualifications required to support full service development.
